My work pushes the boundaries between disciplines and genres in search of ephemeral insight. I use choreography as a tool to connect people across cultures, as a way to heal the mind/body divide, and as a way to shine the light on the beauty of life.
Jeremy Cline holds and MFA from the University of Iowa and a BA from Middlebury College. He has performed with Disney on Ice, the Los Angeles Opera, the Lincoln Center, Spectrum Dance Theater, Brian Sanders’ JUNK, Khambatta Dance Company, The 5th Ave Musical Theater, Ballet Bellevue, DASS Dance, and International Ballet Theater. His work has been shown at the Seattle International Dance Festival, Full Tilt Dance Festival, Seattle Fringe Festival, Queesboro Dance Festival, Seattle Men in Dance Festival, Miracle Makers International Film Festival, Circadium School of Contemorary Circus, Middlebury College, Naropa University, and the University of Iowa. He is a longtime student of Capoeira Angola, bboying, the Feldenkrais Method, guitar, drawing, and meditation.
